Announcing: Chook & Sosig: Walk the Plank

Holy ghost chickens! Get ready for an all-new hand-drawn point-and-click adventure by indie developer TookiPalooki, coming next year!

Hold on to your spectral feathers, because it’s about to get weird. Armor Games Studios is proud to announce Chook & Sosig: Walk the Plank, a brand new hand-drawn point-and-click adventure by one-woman indie developer studio TookiPalooki coming in 2019.

It’s game night, and everyone’s favorite spaghetti-limbed cat is sitting down with their friends for an evening of pirates, treasure, and most certainly annoying dungeon master Exley. Sosig has never played tabletop before but that’s not going to stop them from having a good time. And hey, it’s a good thing everyone else at the table are matured, seasoned, logical, normal role-players who follow the rules, right?

… right?

Check out the teaser trailer before for a peek at the adventure!

You may have met Chook & Sosig before, who starred in a series of freeware games TookiPalooki released previously on itch.io. Walk the Plank marks the duo’s first full length escapade, and is full of all the surreal humor and heart you’d expect from a supernatural chicken and a former child-star cat. Players will control Sosig as they explore the world of the game within the game, bouncing from tabletop chatter to pirate coves, goblin islands, cultist caves and more. There are puzzles aplenty to solve, and maybe even a different ending or three to unlock. It’s a traditional point-and-click adventure for anyone who loves cozy, kooky games, and with a memorable cast of characters to accompany you. All of it is rendered with completely hand-drawn artwork in New Zealand-based developer TookiPalooki’s signature style, with a soundtrack by composer Nathan Cleary. We hope you’ll wishlist Chook & Sosig: Walk the Plank on Steam and sign up for the mailing list. Stay tuned for more news and updates!
